Drama Collection

I have this collection of Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese dramas that I burned onto dvds myself. Yes, I burn them myself to a playable dvd and I print my own labels to put on them. I buy Printing Labels and then design the labels myself, and print them using my Epson L200. Yes, I get a little obsessive when making the labels, too, especially if the drama is a favorite of mine. For example one drama has a total of 7 dvds, so what I do, is I download pictures of 7 characters in the story, I re-size them to the size of the labels, add the disc numbers and then print them. But I was disappointed when I checked my collection the other day because the labels were already peeling off and the prints were beginning to fade. Good thing I didn’t play any of the dvds because I’m sure the labels would have peeled off while inside the dvd player or computer and it could have resulted in a huge mess. Sigh.
I searched online for a good label and I learned about Primera Labels. Check it out here. I already asked my cousin to order some sheeted labels for me and some thermal labels for my aunt’s store. I have peeled the old labels off my dvds and I’m just waiting for the new labels to arrive which will replace them. But I can’t help but be disappointed about what a waste those old labels were. Anyways, I am thinking that this may be a blessing in disguise because I’m also thinking of re-doing those labels to more personalized ones. I want them to be more fun rather than the generic looking ones with just the dvd title and disc numbers on it. I want to use more pictures and colors. I will take a picture of my drama collection one of these days so you can see how I organize them and how the finished product turned out!
